Everyday Makeup!

I have a set makeup look for everyday at college, sometimes I'll use a different shade of shadow or I'll skip the eyeliner but I always use the same products as I know their reliable in that they will last all day throughout college.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation  | Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer | Mac Sheer Select Pressed Powder | Contour Kit

Step One:
I use the Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation as my base as it has a medium coverage and it's not heavy on my skin. It feels really nice on; my skin doesn't look cakey. I use this in true ivory. I then use the matching concealers in true ivory and ivory. I use true ivory on any spots or imperfections on my skin then I use ivory under my eyes to cover any dark circles.

Step Two:
To set my makeup I use Mac Select Sheer Pressed Powder in NC20. It has a slight colour which doesn't really effect my foundation as they're the same colour. I love this product as it lasts all day and I don't go shiny. To set my under eye concealer I use the white and vanilla shades out of my contour kit: this way it's not too bright for an everyday look but it still makes the area brighter. I then use the 1st bronze colour to contour a little bit on my nose and my cheeks. I then use the 2nd bronze colour to contour a little bit harsher on my cheeks. I really love this contour kit; not only is it highly pigmented, it was only £2 from eBay. the colours don't look orangey on the skin and they're more like a grey brown.

Naked 2 | Bourjois Eyeliner | e.l.f eyeliner - discontinued in UK | YBF eyebrow pencil | bareMinerals Mascara

Step Three:
I use my YBF Eyebrow pencil to fill in any sparse area in my brows to make sure they are full and they frame my face.

Step Four:
For my eyeshadow I use foxy on my brow bone and then I use tease within my crease. Foxy is a fab colour because it is matte yet it subtly highlights the brown bone. Tease is also a matte colour and it makes my eye look more defined as it blends into a really natural colour.

Step Five:
This eyeliner from e.l.f is literally my holy grail, like seriously it is the best eyeliner I have ever used in my entire life. The tip of the eyeliner is firm so it glides on perfectly and it creates thin lines however when pressed on a little harder it creates a thicker bolder line. I like to use this to create my wing and the shape of my eyeliner, then I use the Bourjois Liner Feature to fill in the stencil I made on my eye as it is a thicker pen and it saves time.

Step Six:
To finish my makeup I coat my eyelashes with mascara from Bare Minerals. This is the Lash Domination. The brush is really unusual and I've never seen one like it. It's a spiral shaped brush so it's really easy to capture lashes when its used to roll up so they can be coated easily.

Step Seven:
Depending on my mood and outfit I'll choose a lipstick. This varies colour everyday so its impossible to just pick one for this post!
