Favourite Mac lipsticks!

Hey guys, I would like to apologise for not posting on Sunday, I have literally had no time to blog as I have been doing sooo much work for sixth form! I've recently got a new camera so these pictures look so much better than the old ones do!

Hang up

hang up is my perfect autumn/winter shade its a deep berry colour that looks perfect with darker makeup looks. when you first apply it it's really deep in colour and it has a gorgeous shine to it, when it wears off throughout the day it stains your lips so you're left with a matte colour which is just a little bit paler than when you first put it on. however, i find that it can run into them little lines around you lips so i would recommend using a lip pencil: the lip pencil i would use is called Beet by Mac as it is pretty much the same colour.

this colour is literally the most perfect pink you could ever find. I find that this lipstick goes with most 'natural' and toned down looks. It being a matte lipstick makes it so much more wearable on different occasions as you can wear it matte but then you can also put a gloss over it and have it as a shiny lipstick. Once applied the lipstick doesn't generally transfer onto anything. I've wore this lipstick all day drinking/eating and it still looking perfect. 

Viva glam || 

I completely love this lipstick, not only is this my prom lipstick but it's also my favourite all year round lipstick. It is a gorgeous nude colour. Before I tried it, it didn't look anything special but when I put it on it was lovely! It's got a creamy texture to it with half a glossy finish to it, basically not too shiny and not matte. I have found myself to having to keep reapplying this throughout the day because it does wear off quite quickly.
